Who we are

WeAnalytix, based in Guatemala City, Guatemala, is responsible for the data collected on weanalytix.com. For any privacy matter, email us at info@weanalytix.com.

What we collect and why

Contact form. Your name, email, company, what you sell, your message and the page language. We use them only to reply to your request and prepare your audit. We process them because you ask us to when you send the form.
Demo. What you type in the demo stays in your browser. It only reaches us if you then send the contact form.
Analytics (only if you accept). With Google Analytics we measure which pages are visited, for how long, from what kind of device and browser, approximate location (country or city) and where the visit came from. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address. We use it to improve the site, based on your consent.
Operation and security. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Who we share your data with

We don’t sell or rent your data. Only the providers we need to operate handle it on our behalf:

Cloudflare: hosts and protects the site.
Resend: delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
Google: Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

These providers may process data in the United States or other countries, under contractual safeguards such as the European Union’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we work together, in which case the contract’s terms apply.
Google Analytics data: 14 months.
Cookies: as listed in the table above.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, get a copy of it, object to its use or withdraw your consent. Email us at info@weanalytix.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you live in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you can also file a complaint with your data protection authority.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll publish the new version on this page with its update date.
